Interview with Mr Tan Yi Hock
Mr Tan: "Because ah, because we are not graduates ma. Not graduates mean here lor!"

Interview with Ms Leong Li Xing
Ms Leong: "I say, to tell the truth, we don't bother to go for better jobs so we do this. It's really boring wan actually la. But, we need a rice bowl, so...yeah lor. Like that lor."

Interview with Mr Wong Yang Zai
Mr Wong: "Ah...Ah...is the people don't do well in school, no exams, no certificates, then cannot apply for a job or good job. So, with no choice, they end up here wan."

Interview with Ms Chong Wei Wei
Ms Chong: "The no good people no use. No use then come here la. If not what? Go for CEO, COO ah? No right. So they are here."

According to the inerviews we had, the conclusion is that the non-graduates work in coffee shops because they cannot apply for a better job.
