Hi,
12 days since i last posted (i think) and i suppose the thing is not one day behind now. I went to Bangkok, Thailand from 17 May to 19 May. It was quite fun. We stayed in Somerset Lake Point Hotel. We had this big room with a kitchen, living room (not really a living room) and 2 bedrooms. We also had iron and iron board, washing machine and all the kitchen stuff (you know that)...We went to the Grand Palace, museum, Zoo, Siam paragon, floating market Emporium and others in these 3 days. I went with my bro, mum, aunt and uncle and cousin aunty. My bro, uncle and i returned on 19 May. My mum will stay on until tomorrow which is 22 May. My aunt and cousin aunty will stay on until 28 May, if im not mistaken. Anyway, back to Bangkok. Although it was a tropical place, however, it was raining slightly everyday. On the first night, we went to Siam paragon's Underwater World. It was much better than in Singapore (no offence, staff of the Singapore's Underwater World. But, thats the fact. Accept it.). There, we went on the glass bottom boat. It was a boat that was glass below, so we would admire the fishes by looking down. It was great fun!! Aft that, we returned back to the hotel aft buying some things at the shop there. The next day, we went to the floating market where we would sit on boats and we went to 3 such markets, then to the Grand Palace (which was quite boring), then to the museum (not as boring; at least there was air-con there). Next, we made our way to the zoo. We watched the crocodile show where 3 guys do dangerous stuff with the crocodile. Then, we watched the elephant show, quite boring. BUT, I DO LOVE ELEPHANTS!!! Aft the show, i took a photo with 2 elephants. They were like so cute!! Well, aft that, we went back to the hotel to like take a break. At abt 17 00, 18 00 (Thailand timing), we proceedeed to Carrefour area there to eat at MK restaurant (a steamboat restaurant). Aft eating, my aunt and uncle, bro and cousin aunty went to do massage. My mum and i stayed around there to like shop. Once we were done shopping, we ate ice-cream and then took a cab back. Surprisingly, the taxi meter nvr moved at all. At the start of the journey, it was 35 baht. At the end of the journey, it was 35 baht. My mum paid 40 baht and i suppose the additional 5 baht is tips. We took pics at the indoor pool and went back to the room. She took her bath and we were watching tv. Then, i sneezed while sitting on the bed, so i fell off the bed forwards, my knees to the ground (laugh if you wish to or if you're unable to control your laughter). They all came back from the massage like more than an hour aft. The third day is also the day i was returning back to Singapore. I was happy! I was elated! That day, the 19th, we went to the emporium at 09 45 (Thailand timing). But, they were only open at 10 00. So, we hanged around there for 15 mins. When they opened, we went in and looked around (and shopped around. We don't come to Thailand just to window-shop). Aft shopping, we went to starbucks and i drank the chocolate chip ice-blended thing. It was getting tasteless, so i dint finish it. We made our way to Asok station, which was the station to the hotel. But, we dint go to the hotel. We went to a reastaurant to have our lunch. We had to reach the airport by 14 00 or 15 00, so we had to rush a bit as it was already 13 30 (Thailand timing). We went to the hotel aft our lunch and started to pack. Okay, blablah...we made our way to Survanabhumi Airport (dont know whether the name's right). We touched down at Singapore at 20 20 (obviously Singapore timing). We had dinner and went home. Overall: Bangkok, Thailand was real tired.
Can't talk anything abt today because im too tired to type any longer.
