Interview with Mr Yeo Ah Beng
Mr Yeo: "Singapore ah, very low standard you know. Some people ah, English also cannot get right. At least me, i know how to speak ah. Heng."

Interview with Mr Tan Li Seng
Mr Tan: "Singapore English not bad what. Especially in coffee shops. Hawkers like us ah, English not bad wan la. Because hor, a lot of tourists come to Singapore and all their ang moh very excellent wan. That's why we need to talk ho* English."
*Ho: Good.

Interview with Ms Lee Linda
Ms Lee: "English ah? Not bad la. Not bad. Am i supposed to talk some more? Nothing."

Interview with Ms Wee Ling Hui
Ms Wee: "I think it is super bad lor. Go on the street and you can ea-si-ly find people who English is very lan*. I not one of them la because my English in school got A leh! Not bad hor. But, economy so bad. Cannot get good job, so end up here lor."
*lan: lousy in Chinese
